Debbie Caputo to be honored by the CCFA Foundation

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Rockland & Orange County will honor Deborha Caputo on Sunday June 10, 2018 at the CCFA SUNY, Purchase. Debbie is being honored by the Foundation for her many years of compassionate care to the IBD patients of Rockland County and for her exemplary efforts with the Crohn’s and Colitis Support Group.  Debbie also played a critical role in the launch of the Rockland "Take Steps" Program in 2011.  She works tirelessly to make sure that all patients receive the best possible care and needed support.
