3rd Annual CCFA Walk- Rockland Lake State Park

DDAR staff participated in the 3rd annual CCFA walk "Take Step For Crohn's & Colitis which was held at Rockland Lake State Park oln Sunday, September 22, 2013.   In addition to a pleasant 3.2 mile walk around the Lake, the event featured music, good food and great fellowship.  The proceeds from this funraising event will be used to support patient education, new innovative treatments and ultimately to find a cure.  Crohn's and Colitis are painful, debilitating diseases that affect over 1.4 million Americans.  To support this worthy cause, please log onto the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America  at takesteps@ccfa.org and make a donation

HIP Participation Status

Effective June 26, 2013, The Physicians at Digestive Disease Associates of Rockland are now participating in the HIP Commercial HMO health benefit plan HIP access I, HIP Prime HMO, HIP POS, Direct Pay HMO, Direct Pay POS and Healthy New York.  Please be advised that all GHI HMO subscribers now have coverage through HIP.  If you have any questions, please contact the customer service staff at Emblem Health Plan (877-244-4466) or your employer’s benefits department.
