Dr Richard Moccia Announces His Retirement

Dear Patient

 The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I will be retiring from the practice of medicine on June 30, 2021.

I have enjoyed my role in providing your gastroenterology care these many years.

I have been privileged to know you and your families and I am confident that my skilled colleagues Drs. Heller, Hollander, Goldenberg, Shah, Sarabanchong and Langman as well as our knowledgeble Nurse Practitioners, Ms. Deborha Caputo and Ms. Jennifer Poterbin will continue to provide you with excellent care. I am also please to announce that Dr Janice Jang will be joining the practice in early July 2021.

Please be assured that the practice will continue to maintain all of your medical records and provide access to the doctor of your choice. If you wish to transfer your records to a physician external to our practice, a medical records release is necessary and can be found on our website: www.ddar.com
